The Healthy Process

Healthy is achievable for everyone

I create content around finding freedom through creating your own Healthy Process.

Why I do this work

A few years ago…

I was overweight, unhealthy and miserable.

I had followed many different diets for years with some success, but not enough to keep me motivated, and I would go back to my old eating habits. The cycle of starting a diet, restriction and then binging left me gaining more and more weight.

This pattern did nothing for my self-image, self-esteem or mental health.

I felt hopeless
It was then that I decided to work on my mindset and start from the inside.

I started researching how to eat healthy without depriving myself, and found fun ways to exercise.  I used apps to motivate me, keep me accountable and inspire me with exercise routines.

It hasn’t always been easy, but it has been so rewarding.  I’ve learned and grown so much in the process.

And that’s what I want to share with you.

I changed my outlook and my lifestyle.

You can too!

About Kelly

Health, Wellness and Mamahood Blogger

I am a woman who loves sharing the ups and downs of everyday life. I share my stories as if I were telling them to a close friend.

I have a genuine love for my loyal and engaged followers, and connecting with them is extremely important to me.

Health is not only about we eat and exercise, health is everything around us. It is how we speak, how we move, our relationships, how we live. Health is a lifestyle, and this idea is at the centre of my approach to my work.

I share products I love and that I would recommend to my girlfriends. I work to make my social media spaces a place where my followers can learn from one another and progress on their own wellness journey.

the journey to health and balance is a process
